The newly refurbished 3-storey building gives private office accommodation ranging from 4 to 24 desks and provides kitchen facilities, reception, meeting space and on-site parking. The new workspace has been named ‘Jigsaw’ and features a ground-floor TV and podcast studio, and offices will be available to rent from February with flexible terms.
Andrew Scott, who developed the workspace, believes the location is ideal for any business wanting excellent transport links and modern facilities. Andrew Scott is CEO of the Ascot Group, a Worle-based technology and marketing group employing almost 100 people. In 2023, he sold his national media company, Business Leader, to Sir Richard Harpin, the British business tycoon.
