Weston-super-Mare-based entrepreneur Andrew Scott has opened a new serviced office workspace strategically located at Junction 21 of the M5 and next to Worle mainline train station. The newly refurbished 3-storey building gives private office accommodation ranging from 4 to 24 desks and provides kitchen facilities, reception, meeting space and on-site parking. The new workspace has been named ‘Jigsaw’ and features a ground-floor TV and podcast studio, and offices will be available to rent from February with flexible terms.

Andrew Scott, who developed the workspace, believes the location is ideal for any business wanting excellent transport links and modern facilities. He said, “Jigsaw is located at Worle Park Way business park, two minutes from the motorway and next to Worle train station, with Bristol Temple Meads twenty minutes and London two hours by train.”

“It’s an ideal location for ambitious businesses with a retail park, supermarket and hospitality within walking distance, and Weston-super-Mare town is close-by with a population of almost 100,000 people.”

Andrew Scott is CEO of the Ascot Group, a Worle-based technology and marketing group employing almost 100 people. In 2023, he sold his national media company, Business Leader, to Sir Richard Harpin, the British business tycoon.
