At the Ascot Group, we are passionate about supporting our team and the local community, so we have launched a brand-new Ascot Community Team (ACT).
The group is made up of Ascot team members who will be driving forward our community, charity, and team activities.
Andrew Scott, comments: “We want to create a positive workplace culture where our whole team looks forward to coming to work each day. We believe this involves creating opportunities to spend time together creatively and socially.
“Launching the Ascot Community Team is the final piece of the puzzle, as this year alone we have already organised regular seated massages for our teams – free of charge. We’ve also introduced a ‘First Friday’ Club that allows everyone to celebrate key achievements, work anniversaries and team birthdays after work on the first Friday of every month.
“We’re an incredibly sociable team and this new group of staff volunteers will help to organise a range of activities focused on health and wellbeing, entertainment, education and fundraising.
“We already have some exciting future plans in the pipeline and we’re looking forward to doing more as a team to support our own wellbeing and the wider local community.”
