The Global Woman Summit 2025 took place 26th to 29th June at the prestigious Grand Connaught Rooms at Covent Garden, London, and Andrew Scott (founder and MD of the Ascot Group) was invited as a keynote speaker.
The glamorous, high-profile event brought together 500 female leaders from over 40 different countries, converging in London for this three day event that tackled everything from health and wellness to financial strategy and media management.
Now in its tenth year, the Global Woman Summit is the brainchild Mirela Sula and is now a global movement to empower women.
Andrew attended the VIP dinner where special guests had the opportunity to meet the speakers, which included high profile figures such as Dr Arshi Ayub Zaveri, the senior advisor to the UAE Royal Family Offices, Miami-based venture capitalist Marika Dzhindzhikhashvili, and Katrina Gumaya, one of Asia’s most influential venture capitalists.
Other speakers included TV celebrity Andrea McLean and renowned artist Nicole Buffett, grand daughter of billionaire Warren Buffett.
Health and wellness was a key theme and the summit didn’t disappoint, with speakers such as Consultant Psychiatrist Saima Niaz and Dr. Tanya Alvarez, the longevity expert specialising in genetics, preventive and predictive medicine.
Andrew headlined on 28th June – the business and finance day. He shared his story of overcoming trauma and adversity, moving to England at 18 and his journey to building a multi-million group of companies.
He then had a private interview, a Q&A session with the VIP delegates and later joined a panel of investors ranking business pitches.
Founder of the Global Woman Summit, Mirela Sula said: “Andrew Scott is one of the best speakers I have ever seen on stage, and I am thrilled that he joined us at the summit.”
Andrew commented: “I was truly honoured to speak at such a powerful event with so many talented, inspiring women from across the globe. Mirela and her team are on a mission to empower women across the world to reach their true potential, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support this mission.”
